ABOUT FRED
Fred Arnold is a seasoned leader with over 30 years in the mortgage industry. As a Mortgage Advisor with American Family Funding, he’s secured over a billion dollars in loans all through a 100% referral-based model. He has also served as Chairman of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce.
He currently serves as chairman on several local boards including:
COC Chair Foundation Board of Directors
COC Independent Citizens Bond Oversight Committee
Fred is a father of four children and has finished 35 Ironman competitions. He understands discipline, accountability, and the importance of community involvement.
As a very involved community member, he has served as the president of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers as well as the treasurer for the National Association of Mortgage Professionals.
